Our client is one of the leading Business Process Outsourcing services providing organisation looking to hire Head of Finance Transformation to be based in Hyderabad.

Job Description:

- The role will be responsible for leading the wide transformation projects and finance performance improvements.

- Delivering the target finance operating model and translate financial strategy by leveraging change management, transformation, and process design methodology into standardised business process design.

- Lead a team of transformation consultants

- Lead projects related to RPA, Innovation through technology

- To develop, co-ordinate and drive the delivery of process analysis, identification of process improvements/impacts of business changes and develop comprehensive process documentation.

- Drive effectiveness and efficiency by means of process knowledge and leadership.

- Lead the finance transformation program ensuring the development and implementation of new service models that promotes efficiency, customer service, and delivers substantial efficiency saves that are compliant with statutory requirements.

- Apply leading practice around process, organisation, technology, service excellence and design across all core finance areas.

Desired Profile :

- Educated to first degree standard (or equivalent) in Finance/ICT and/or is a qualified accountant - ACA, CIMA ACCA

- Should have experience in handling transformation projects, should have lead a team of transformation consultants

- Exposure to have lead projects related to RPA, Innovation through technology

- Designing effective governance, robust process excellence & measurements framework

- Effective implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies

- Holds certified qualifications related to lean management and process improvement delivery (desirable)
