Prior experience of working in an Engineering / Technology R&amp;D Center is added advantage- This role reports to the MD of India Technical Center. In effect is the role of a CFO for the India organization. - Chartered Accountant with minimum of 20 years of experience in managing the full gamut of responsibilities of a finance function. - Experience in heading entire accounts &amp; finance function including maintenance &amp; finalization of accounts balance sheet review, working capital management, cost / profit monitoring, report management, building internal financial controls - Excellent understanding of formulating budgets, conducting ageing &amp; revenue analysis, preparing key reports to exercise financial control and enhancing overall efficiency of the organisation - Skills in performing the key role of validating business plans &amp; commercial strategies for maximizing profitability &amp; revenue generation in line with corporate goals and to enhance company performance - Capabilities in establishing a new financial reporting system that enables the company to evaluate cost / spends of each department on an individual as well as consolidated basis - Capable in handling taxation matters related to withholding tax, Service tax and dealing with the tax department - Indepth Knowledge &amp; Expertise of day to day accounting as per Indian GAAP - Knowledge of SEZ &amp; Regulatory Compliance.
