Head - Finance - Technology Centre - Global Financial Services Firm

Position: Head-Finance (Technology Centre of Global Financial Services Firm)

Role:

- The role is to Head the Finance function at the Technology Centre

- The development of a financial and operational strategy and metrics designed to preserve and grow company assets and report accurate financial results

- Governance and cost control through financial budgeting, reporting and all financial compliance

- Finalisation of Accounts

- Ensure all Tax & Regulatory Compliances

- Handling Statutory, Tax Audits

- Team Management

- Work with external auditors

Requirements:

- CA/ MBA with 15-20 yrs of experience

- 14-18 yrs of experience with experience in leading the accounting and finance function in a Tech Centre/ Offshore Centre of a Global MNC

- Should have experience in working in a global matrixed organisation

- Should have excellent team management and stakeholder management skills

- The company is looking for a highly capable, hands-on, down-to-earth Finance Leader

- Should have extensive experience in accounting, taxation, financial control, management reporting, regulatory compliances, transfer pricing, etc.

- Should have excellent communication skills and should be good at team work

- Should have team building and leading experience and skills
