The cloud contact centre space is a fast-growing market with an addressable opportunity of $24B globally and is expected to witness explosive growth in next few years The company was founded in 2016 by Gaurav Sharma Head - Finance Location: Noida Reporting to: CEO/ CRO (being hired) Key responsibilities: - Provide financial decision support to the CEO) across all initiatives (growth & improvement) and routine operations - Lead budgeting, forecast and establishing and monitoring of process to align with the organisation's Vision - Drive initiatives to enhance financial performance, cash flow, working capital and cost reduction initiatives as needed - Manage internal audits & controls - Build the Finance organization and all necessary processes to make the operations robust - Collaborate with the technology team and implement or enhance best in class financial forecast, analytics and MIS, using technology. - Ensure the organisation is compliant to all local, state and federal tax regulation. - Manage all fund mobilizing and reporting matters for the organisation. Monitor the capital structure and give inputs on fundraising and optimal debt equity mix - Raise and manage funds; - Implement necessary financial risk management processes across operations - Monitor trends and insights, and optimize spend and financial performance of the groups unit - Build and manage a highly motivated team Qualification & Experience - MBA or qualified CA with 6-12 years of finance experience with dynamically growing organizations. - Solid financial accounting skills and thorough knowledge of financial processes, reporting and analysis - Experience in Debt management, Capex management and Internal controls is desirable - Exposure to fundraising and investor relations management will be a plus - Demonstrable hands-on experience in some significant initiatives
