Head - Finance - Startup

- Leading Finance of the company

- Setting up end to end Finance Processes, Internal Controls, Financial Reporting, MIS, Core Accounting, Taxation, Due Diligence, FDI compliances, Annual Audits etc.

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Accounts and Finance and ensuring timely month and end year process.

Accounting and Compliances:

- Responsible for day-to-day accounting function of the organization

- Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing

- Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.

- Ensuring adequate controls are in place

- Managing the payroll process
