Head - Finance - Startup (2-5 yrs)

Qualifications : MBA Finance

A. Corporate Finance :

1. Fund raising for the Company - The Company is a high growth start-up. The Head- Finance will work towards raising the follow up rounds and strategize the funding process

2. Re-structuring - Corporate restructuring assignments, as and when needed

3. Investments - Plan and control deployment of funds raised for strategic activities; Investor relations

B. Legal & Compliance :

1. Trademark & Registrations - Constantly protect the Intellectual Property of the Company by registering as required

2. Employee contracts, Vendor/ Customer contracts

3. Partner with the Law Firm/s and CA firm/s and Bank/s

C. Work related to Companies Act :

1. Board meetings, Advisory Board meetings and General meetings

2. Closure of balance sheets - The Head- Finance will monitor and oversee proper closure of accounts

D. Accounts :

1. Regular Accounts supervision

2. Collections and cashflows - Manage the cash flows effectively

3. Investments - Help Group Companies to invest the surplus funds optimally
