Job description :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

- Driving growth, working along with US Stakeholders and building opportunities.

- Define SLA's, establish regular communication with stakeholders to share success and solicit challenges or concerns.

- Implement and monitor KPI's, manage performance, drive P&L ownership.

- Maintain strong controls ensuring group policies and statutory requirements

- Build a culture of continuous improvements, taking up initiatives across Organization.

- Ensure documentation on process flows, standards operating procedures by keeping them current and updates.

- Partner with global business owners to meet existing deliverable and continuously improve processes through simplification, innovation and automation.

- Drive standardization via data management and digitization

- Build strong team including talent development and hiring.

- Looking at professionals with 18+ years of experience with experience in setting up a finance shared services.

- Experience in managing multiple finance functions and transition is must.
