Head - Finance Shared Services

Michael Page has been retained for the hiring of a global finance leadership role based in the South of India. The role will be responsible for completely heading finance shared services across the globe for multi billion dollar operations.

Job Description:

- As the leader of the finance shared services organisation your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Leading the Purchase to Pay cycle managing a team of more than 100 FTEs to ensure best practices in service delivery including automation and robotics

- Leading the Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Bank Recs teams to ensure best in class service delivery within Oracle

- Mentoring and coaching a team encompassing responsibilities that go above and beyond the scope of finance to ensure business goals for the organisation are met

- Devise and determine SLAs and KPIs for the sake of benchmarking and performance management

Job Specifications:

- Chartered Accountant, MBA - Finance or some other accounting qualifications with experience in Oracle

- 15 years + experience in progressive leadership roles at large Third Party or Captive organisations

- Stable career graph with an average of minimum 4 years per organisation

- Managerial experience of minimum 100 direct FTEs over a period

- Solution oriented mindset : capable of solving complex problems that arise out of transformation processes
