Head - Finance Shared Services - Only Female hiring Summary of the role : - The Head of Finance Shared Service Centre will be responsible for leading and managing the operations of the shared services in Chennai/Hyderabad. - This role would be involved in setting up the finance shared services requisition to pay, accounts payable & other functions, hence a prior experience in setting up finance shared services from scratch is preferred. Expertise required : - 15+ years experience in shared service industry with CA/CMA/ MBA Finance qualification - Currently leading the delivery of a Finance shared service of a medium to large business process services firm - Experience in leading or supporting teams for global teams / clients - Experience in global delivery - onsite, onshore & offshore - Ability to lead virtual, global teams - Working Knowledge of Accounting and related systems - Deep understanding of accounting principles and their application - In depth knowledge and experience in managing Indian accounting and statutory compliances - International work and culture exposure to US & Western countries - Competent to write policy documents, decision papers and high impact presentations - Adopt best practices in other businesses/organization for delivering additional value to stakeholder
