Responsibilities:

Financial Leadership & Strategy:

- Provide strategic financial guidance and leadership to the CEO and senior management team.

- Oversee all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.

- Develop and implement effective financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.

Financial Operations & Control:

- Manage a team of finance professionals and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to ensure compliance with all financial regulations.

- Manage project P&L statements, providing insightful analysis and recommendations for project optimization.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to all accounting standards and statutory regulations.

- Develop and implement strategies to mitigate financial risks.

Business Partnership:

- Partner with other departments to provide valuable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or Master's degree in Finance (preferred).

- 15+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within the real estate industry.

- Proven leadership experience in managing a finance team.

- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

- Extensive experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
