Head - Finance - Manufacturing - CA/ICWA

Job Title: Head of Finance (Manufacturing OEM)

CTC :30 L (Negotiable)

Location: Palakkad, Kerala - India

Industry: manufacturer

Age range between 35 to 50 and

Candidates can speak Tamil / Malayalam.

Preferred Education and Experience

- CA with at least 8 - 10 years of applicable business experience.

- Additional qualification of ICWA preferred.

- Experience in product manufacturing OEM preferred.

- Working Knowledge of SAP HANA S4 FICO Module.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Plans, develops, organizes, implements, directs and evaluates the Company's fiscal health from every aspect.

- Forecasting of P&L and balance sheet on a monthly basis - 18 months rolling forecast

- Accounting and statutory reports

- Working capital and liquidity management

- Inventory, Receivables, Payables, Inter company reconciliations

- Support Commercial Management in the following areas

- Customer Invoicing, Pricing

- Gross Margins

- Direct and indirect taxes compliance

- Coordination with auditors

- Managing the relationship with banks, financial institutions and other financial bodies.

- Responsible for developing and implementing internal controls.

- Setup financial policies and procedures

- Working knowledge of cost accounting with standard cost approach.

- Managing treasury.

- Working knowledge of SAP FICO Module and general awareness of all other modules applicable in a product OEM.

Preferred Education and Experience :

- CA with at least 8 - 10 years of applicable business experience.

- Additional qualification of ICWA preferred.

- Experience in product manufacturing OEM preferred.

Skills :

- Strong systems, process, and best practices experience.

- Working Knowledge of SAP HANA S4 FICO Module .

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

- Developing direct reports

- Demonstrated leadership ability, confidence and executive presence- ability to motivate staff.
