- Monitor books of accounts in compliance with Indian law and statutory obligations on timely basis with accuracy - Presenting the financial statements of the company - Performing analytical review of financial statements from business point of view - Improving the accounting process to effectively meet the ever- changing business requirements - Finalization of Monthly, Quarterly &amp; Annual financial statements - Establishment of systems to adhere to best accounting practices - To establish &amp; maintain effective internal control systems to ensure financial integrity and safe guard company interest - Directing for preparation of application for LC opening and documents according to LC - Formulating budgets, conducting variance analysis and recommending / taking corrective actions - Monitoring and reviewing cash flow position and forecast funds requirement and with the help of derivative strategies, taking adequate measures to ensure proper control over receivables &amp; payables - Develop MIS &amp; Costing for support in business decision making by top management - Raising awareness of departmental and other staff on financial management and Cost Consciousness - Preparing project costing, cost review reports &amp; business process analysis, expense &amp; variance analysis, cost benefit &amp; what if analysis of various decision scenarios - Managing and supervising periodic and ad hoc management reports - Monitoring &amp; control of all current assets, Credit control and Cash &amp; Bank management - Analysis &amp; report on unplanned movement and to guide on suitable correction measures - Taking adequate measures to monitor the inflow/outflow of funds - Ensuring optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational goals - Managing audits like statutory, internal, tax etc. - Performing analytical reviews and evaluations for internal control of systems. - Preparing / reviewing audit schedules for periodic Internal / Statutory Audits. - Preparing Tax audit report in compliance with tax regulations and representing / attending for the company in tax related matters
