Head - Finance - IT

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with product & engineering team to design workflows, algorithms and create scalable SCF fin tech products to service the B2B commerce transactions in the universe of unbranded goods

- Build strategic relationships with various FIs i.e. Private, MNC and PSU banks, Large & mid-market NBFCs, new age fin tech platforms and design scalable digital SCF products/structures with them

- Build relationships with Banks and FIs to enable existing business through various supply chain financing products where client enables SCF while taking no/little risk/exposure on its own balance sheet

- Use technology solutions and innovative product development skills to productize the financial products so that application can happen in a swift and scalable way

- Driving tech integration for all the FI solutions and lines for a system-driven execution

- Stakeholder management - effective internal and external stakeholder management to drive complete visibility and maximum clarity for the entire value chain

- Development and implementation of risk assessment model and mechanisms to minimize business risk

- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs across the business

Job Requirements:

- 12-20 years of experience in financial domain

- Past experience of working with a wide lender base (Banks, NBFCs, etc.) will be an added advantage

- Acumen to identify new and innovative products in the market

- Strong understanding and analysis capabilities of financial statements

- Product understanding and development capabilities

- Ability to hustle and have dynamic decision making capabilities

- Excellent communication and team building skills
