Job Description :
- You will be responsible for leading the entire finance function. The role will include taking care of financial reporting, compliance, investor reporting/relations, FP&A/Business Finance, etc.

Description :
- As the Head Finance, you will report to the Group CEO and partner with various senior stakeholders. Your key responsibilities will be as follows:
- End to end controllership - accounting, reporting, monthly closing, taxation, legal compliance, audit closure.
- Business Finance/FPA - Budgeting, forecasting, M&A, variance analysis, dashboard preparation, investor relations etc.
- Drive automation campaigns/initiatives
- Partner on growth initiatives with respective business heads while creating a robust and transparent finance ecosystem.
Profile :
- CA with 10+ years experience post qualification
- Good experience in start-up environment
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across various geographies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
