Head - Finance - Internet/Online (5-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Setting up of entire finance and accounting team and processes
- Taking care of accounting, auditing, taxation related matters.
- Majorly Involved in discussions with investors for fund raising and venture debt funding
- Monthly MIS and investors reporting
- Assisting and completion of DD for Series A Funding
- Forecasting and budgeting of monthly expenses and revenue
- Automation of manual processes such as invoicing, collections tracking, sales report, etc.
- Building internal controls to ensure smooth functioning of all processes and ensure no risk such as cash pilferages, collections delay, etc
