Head Of Finance


Responsibilities :

1. The candidate should have thorough experience of minimum 5 yrs to handle bank compliance relating to working capital/Term loan/LC/Bank Guarantee, forward contract etc.

2. He should also be capable of understanding the basics of sensitivity analysis, application of fund flow, and preparation of daily cash flow statement.

3. Timely reporting, assessment of working capital, requirement, preparation & CMA, liaison with Bank officials.

4. GST + Income Tax

5. Finalisation of quarterly/annual financial results with compliance of applicable accounting standards.

6. to guide/ monitor the job of 7-8 staff working in accounts and finance department

7. Design, Analysis and submission of MIS to management

Skills :

1. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

2. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems

3. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.

4. In- depth knowledge about the commercial aspects of an export organization.

5. Working knowledge about GST

6. Conversant in Tally ERP-9

7. Computer savvy and good communication skills

Education :

- CA/ICWA/M. Com

- Preference to candidates with prior experience of about 8-10 years in a manufacturing & export organization from Agro/Food Processing Industry
