- Establishing the monthly P&L and review mechanism, corporate accounting matters and supporting the operating the local Finance Heads by providing direction to achieve the targets - Driving cost savings and revenue maximization in coordination with cross-functional teams including process improvement initiatives - Risk Management - Managing working Capital liquidity. - Managing accounts receivable/ payable management as well as a reconciliation of accounts with the vendors. - Managing monthly stock data/ Projection Report as per the data collected from departments, authorities and market sources. - Control over the fixed expense, revenue expenses through adopting the control system and checks about requirements and delegation of authority. - Fund Raising
