Head - Finance - FMCG (3-8 yrs)
Qualification: IIM Graduate - A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
Experience: Min 3+ yrs from the agricultural or food processing industry preferred.
Work location : Katni in Madhya Pradesh
Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Strategy: Develop and implement the company's financial strategy, including capital allocation, financial planning, and risk management.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting to provide critical insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Capital Management: Manage capital raising efforts, investments, and financing strategies to support the company's growth plans.
- Cost Management: Implement cost control measures and financial policies to optimize profitability.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the company complies with all financial and regulatory requirements, managing financial risk effectively.
- Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow, liquidity, and financial assets to ensure the company's financial stability.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and excellence.
Personal Skills:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance role, preferably within the agriculture or food industry.
- Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
