Head - Finance - EdTech - CA

Role Description :

This is a high impact visibility role. He/She will be a senior leader, reporting into the Co-Founder. Should be a Qualified CA. This is an opportunity to be a part of the team which is building out great business in the online Education business.

Responsibilities :

As a Finance head, your responsibilities would be as follows :

- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting for the organization

- Monthly, Quarterly, Annual and long term operating plan.

- Experienced in Fund raising activities with all due diligence.

- Support senior stakeholders on all business reviews

- Evaluate inorganic opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

- Responsible for Order book, revenue and EBITDA from the - finance side.

- Ensure compliance with - financial processes, systems and policies.

- Manage key - finance activities of the company that includes forecasting, budgeting, FP&A, Balance Sheet, Variance analysis, cash - ow modeling, MIS reporting, - financial risk and governance.

- In addition to this, good understanding of all business processes and strategize mitigation of - financial risk by creating processes.

- Identify lead indicators which affect the business and track and provide insight to the management team to take appropriate action.

What we are looking for :

- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Should be a CA Qualified

- Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure.

- Excellent Working knowledge in BI tools, excel and - nancial systems.
