Description - To lead a team of 5-6 people and manage the entire finance function. Also, working with the founder for attracting potential investors or strategic partners for driving the organisation's growth.
Client Details:
Our client is a fast growing organisation in the internet/ecommerce space with a global presence.
Description:
- End to end controllership - accounting, reporting, monthly closing, taxation compliance, audit closure.
- Business Finance/FPA - Budgeting, forecasting, MIS, rolling forecast, variance analysis, dashboard preparation.
- Fund-Raising/Investor Relations - Investor reporting, due-diligence, participating in fund-raising initiatives with the CEO, responding to and analysing inbound PE interest and investor queries, be involved as the financial stakeholder from investor scouting to closing on term-sheets.
- Partner on growth initiatives with respective business heads while creating a robust and transparent finance ecosystem.
- Drive automation campaigns/initiatives.
Profile :
A successful candidate will have 6 to 10 years of experience post CA qualification.
Some exposure of working in a PE Funded start-up would be preferable.
