Hiring Criteria: -

- CA / MBA from Top B School with 15-20 Yrs working experience.

- Minimum 6-8 Yrs of working experience in e-commerce industry, preferably experienced with Big MNC's like - Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Myntra, Jabong, Paytm, Paytm Mall etc

- Candidate should be in Team Handling role like - Sr Manager and Managers

- Candidate should possess Business Acumen and understand e commerce as business model.

Key Strategic Objectives-

- This is No 1 position for India, Finance and a leadership role for our client and will be a part of the leadership team for India. The incumbent will play a strategic, financial and operational thought leadership driven role along with the India management team.

- As senior member of the Management Team, this position provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the organization has the appropriate finance direction, financial and operational controls, the necessary administrative and reporting procedures, and the required information technology / systems in place to effectively grow the organization while ensuring ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

- The role has primary responsibility to ensure we deliver a great customer experience at competitive and sustainable transportation costs and requires partnering with many internal teams (Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Accounting, Category Finance, Accounts Payable, Engineering, Real Estate, Treasury and IT) to drive performance and simultaneously build a world class Operations Finance team.

- The candidate will be responsible for setting the team's strategic goals including growing the business and driving cost-out, lead the operational planning process, influence senior executives across Finance, Operations and Category management.

- The successful candidate will drive new insights into key financial and operational performance drivers and become a trusted leader within the organization. Will be a strong and inspirational leader who has a proven track record for hiring, developing and retaining the best talent.

Key Responsibilities - 

- Partner with Operations and category management teams to drive continuous improvement in financial and operational performance

- Develop and support the growth strategy of the business to get big fast

- Lead the annual operational planning process and development of the three year strategic plan

- Ensure timely and accurate metrics and forecasts are created and maintained Partner with teams across the organization to drive optimal cross functional decisions that maximize the company's long term free cash flow

- Identify and develop key business opportunities and drive efficiency while balancing customer promise

- Support integration and expansion projects for new business initiatives

Experience and leadership qualities

- 15+ years of large corporate finance experience with heavy emphasis on analytics and directing the work of other professionals

- Results-oriented, highly energetic, dynamic individual with hands-on approach

- Advanced analytical skills and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture

- Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization

- Industry experience in e-commerce, distribution, retail would be preferable

- Demonstrated experience of successfully driving complex projects

- Demonstrated ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly changing operating conditions while still delivering to expectations

- Experienced in business forecasting and spreadsheet modeling

- Business ownership and developing a strong partnership with the operations team
