Head/Finance Controller - IT Product Firm - CA

Experience And Skills:

- Statutory (Local GAAP, USGAAP) Accounting, Controlling, Tax knowledge

- Experience in Multinationals with multi-product/multi-segment finance roles is preferred

- Good interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills

- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

- Ability to thrive in complex environments and work through cross-group collaboration

- Minimum Qualification : Chartered Accountant

- Reporting to the CFO.

Role:

- The AVP / VP leads all day-to-day accounting operations, with functional responsibility for accounting, accounts payable, payroll, Audit, Regulation, compliances and Vendor Management.

- Responsibilities also include the production of financial reports; proper maintenance of accounting records; accurate processing of financial transactions; and administration of a comprehensive set of controls and Cost analysis to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), and result in flawless audits.

- Responsible for the financial health of a company. Producing financial reports and developing strategies based on financial research.

- Guiding team members in making sound business decisions in the long and short term. She/he must be able to adapt to a continually evolving environment and thrive in an autonomous and deadline-oriented workplace while building and managing the finance function.
