Job Description :

- Responsible for overall financial controls of the group including Budgeting, accounting, MIS, Compliance, and Taxation.

- Anchor the project feasibility sign-off process and continuously monitor the actual vs budgeted cost to highlight variances and work with key stakeholders to optimize profitability.

- Handle a team of 15 members and ensure day-to-day finance operations.

- Plan and monitor the cash flows of the company.

- Ensure 100% statutory compliance including Audit, Taxation, and secretarial compliance.

- Proactive profit planning for the group and guiding the management on key milestones to be achieved.

- Streamlining of the process to ensure adequate financial controls and zero leakage.

- Formalize a system of MIS that can support senior management in decision-making.

- Groom the next level of capable young leaders in the team.

Qualification :

- Preferably with CA 10 - 14 years of experience.

- Location - Chennai

- Industry - Real Estate

- Excellent oral and written communication

- Maturity to work with multiple stakeholders in a high-growth environment and deliver results.

Reporting : The position reports to the CEO of the company and has the potential to become CFO within 18 months if he shows high performance.
