Head - Finance - Construction/Facility Management/Industrial Product

Accounting & Financial Management:

- Leading & managing the entire Finance & Accounts team.

- Budgeting & Financial Controls & Audits:

- Design of budgeting process, chart of accounts optimization, design of cost allocation process, design of consolidation, capex, workforce, revenue planning, financial modeling experience etc.

- Budget Forecasting: Lead Budget and forecasting process at corporate level. Support Operations planning with accurate financial forecasting.

- Finalize annual business plans in coordination with all functions and present the same to the Board of Directors

- Complete statutory/regulatory returns:

- Manage the compliance to ensure adherence to all the regulatory requirements including the internal control framework, statutory accounting, audit reporting and cost audit.

- Strong decision-making ability and persuasive communication skills

- Ability to maintain trust and strong personal relationships with key stakeholders. Managing a zero tolerance environment for internal controls, corporate governance and statutory compliance.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and standards

- Experience in financial modeling and analysis. Knowledge of financial regulations

- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports & financial projections
