Job Description :
- Head the finance and commercial for a 700+ crore infrastructure setup
- Responsible for end to end finance including finalisation, taxation, treasury, commercial, costing, etc
Client Details :
Our client is a 3000+ crore infrastructure setup with a pan india presence. They are contractors into buildings, commercials, public infrastructure and industrial projects. They are expanding their operations globally and building a robust team to accelerate this growth.
Description :
Reporting to the Business Head of Industrial projects business you will be responsible for :
- Spearhead corporate accounting and commercial activities
- Establish cost-management systems to monitor various overheads and achieved maximum cost control in operations, identify areas of cost saving, revenue increase and cash flow improvement systems by restructuring, evaluating purchase and sales procedures and improvising reporting systems
- Conceptualise and develop business models, financial plans for new initiatives, commercial functions etc. to enable achievement of objectives as per organizational goals
- MIS functions catering to the informational needs of the Top management and external bodies.
- Business and Corporate MIS Monthly review
- Manage and train a team of 7-8 individuals
Profile :
- Should be a CA with minimum 15+ years of experience
- Should have hands on knowledge of accounting, cost control, negotiations, business planning
- Should have a background of infrastructure/energy/power or EPC sector
