Head - Finance/Chief Financial Officer - eCommerce Startup

Our client is a high end eCommerce set based out of New Delhi which deals in ethnic products

Key responsibilities :

- Manage Finance, HR and supply chain operations

- Own the end to end Supply Chain profitability

- Preparing MIS dashboard, product pricing and product planning, inventory management

- Business Finance drive business efficiency in cost and performance through process improvements and new initiatives across various legs of operations value chain

- Working Capital Management

- Focus on Unit economics, Marginal Costing to ensure profitability of each sale

Job requirements :

- Preferably an MBA Finance (from Tier 1 institute) or a CA with at least 12 -17 years of work experience post qualification

- Should have strong Business Finance experience

- Candidates who have been involved in Supply Chain operations will be preferred

- Candidate from a retail background are preferred

- Should be very data driven and strong in planning budgeting and forecasting
