Head - Finance - CA/ICWAI - Manufacturing

Our client is a Manufacturing Company of Repute who has set up their manufacturing facility in Sanand in Gujarat. This profit making company is looking for a CA/ ICWAI and who has headed an Accounts and Finance Functions with large turnover. Must have good knowledge of all international accounting Standards as well.

The financial and Accounting head will be responsible for all finance and the related commercial matters. He/ she will lead a team with direct report to the General Manager and dotted line to the Group CFO who is located in headquarters. The successful candidate will form part of the management team and provide operational & strategic support to the business. Key responsibilitieswill include:

- To lead and manage the company's finance and accounting team

- To lead day to day financial operations including: accounting, auditing, financial planning, payroll, A/P and A/R, financial controls, risk management and benefits

- To oversee, direct and ensure the integrity, preparation, review, analysis and timely submission of all financial reports for management review

- To elaborate statutory accounts and audit responsibility, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Cash flow management and coordination/ negotiations with banks

- Maintain relationship with different relevant authorities in China

- To develop and implement business plans, forecasting and budgeting, transaction structuring and tax planning

- Handle and analyze margin accounting according to segments and regions

- Account reconciliation and analysis of accounts, account groups and sub ledgers

- Product cost structure analysis for cost control, cost reduction and productsquotation purpose.

- Company overall operational expenses analysis, supervision and controls

- Inventory analysis and controls

- Analyze reasons for deviations between target and actual figures, recommend measures for action plans

- Analyze operating results, cost and performance and reporting relations

- To lead and grow a team through driving achievable goals and a strong performance based culture

- To ensure the parent company's standards

- Manage company IT System maintenance, management & Development

- Lead for company's SAP B1 system application and maintenances
