Job Description :

- Should be an Indian

- Qualification: CA (2nd or 3rd attempt)

- Experience: 15 Years, Age max 45 years

Responsibility :

- Controller of Finance, Budgetary Control, Financial negotiation, Financial Accounting, Finalization of Accounts, Fund management, MIS and Statutory issues including SOX compliance for Kolkata unit & its subsidiary.

- Successful partnering in decision making, business planning and resource management. Assisting senior management in formulating and implementing organization's policies and strategies. Experienced in financial reporting, control and compliance. Actively handled Assessments and appeal cases with Income Tax and Service Tax.

- Hands on experiences in Financial Negotiations / Financial Planning / Financial Presentations / Accounting Systems and Controls / Budgeting / Capital Acquisitions / Cash Flow Analysis / Corporate Reporting / Cost Accounting / Price mechanism / Credit & Debt Management / Tax and IT & ST Assessments and Financial compliance.
