1. Funds planning based on level of operations and sales, making cash flow plans for the year and also in monthly/quarterly buckets
2. Sourcing of funds for smooth running of business. Negotiating with banks for credit facilities and terms
3. Advise management / owners on capital structure, debt-equity mix and sources of funds.
4. Setting up systems for timely, accurate and reliable financial accounts. Monthly compilation of accounts.
5. MIS- set up systems to monitor product group wise and sales channel wise profitability. Working capital
6. Budget - Work with top management and other department heads to set up budgets for annual performance. Generate information on actual performance v/s target.
7. ERP system- ensure proper functioning. Interact with vendors of system.
8. Income-tax and indirect taxes. Ensure compliance.GST transition.
9. Interact with statutory auditors. Get audit done without any adverse comments
10 Work with top management and other department heads to establish internal controls. Liase with internal auditors.
