Head - Finance - CA - Commercial Vehicle Business (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

Head of Finance and accounts for commercial vehicle business reporting to the Group CFO and the Business head of the commercial vehicles business unit

Location : Mumbai

Role and Responsibility :

- To set up and monitors the Finance and Accounts process of the commercial vehicle business unit in accordance to the accounting practices followed by the organization. Also ascertain that these processes are revisited on a regular basis to ensure that even at a higher scale, these are efficient enough

- Financial Planning for the business unit involving all the aspects related to budgeting activities, Cash Flow Management, P&L review and maintenance, adherence to planned budgets, interacting with senior management on all business metrics and with different streams (Marketing, credit, HR, etc.) for tracking of budgets/ spends/ efficiency

- Judiciously working with stake holders and internal teams to ensure efficient funds management.

- Information Management Key person to ensure that all the data generated from the systems is adequately protected and is managed with the help of IT Team;

- To act as custodian of all the data/ information flows in the organization.

Desired Profile of the Candidate :

- Qualified Chartered Accountant with about 10+ Years of work experience related to commercial vehicle business

- Experience in financial planning and monitoring.

- Must possess knowledge of retail lending business and strong business acumen.

- Having a proven track record of achieving results
