Role: Head Finance

Grade and Level : Asst. General Manager (M3)

Location : Naya Raipur - CG

Task and Responsibilities:

- Leadership to the Finance Function

- Assist in formulating the organization's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Develop organization prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; analyzing organization operations; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital to fund expansion

- Develop strategic business plans strategies by forecasting capital, facilities, staff requirements; identifying monetary resources; developing action plans

- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances

- Develop financial and tax strategies and manage the capital request and budgeting processes

- Report financial status by developing forecasts; reporting results; analyzing variances; developing improvements

- Finance Risk Management and adherence to Group Philosophies

- Management assurance and Statutory Compliance.

- Maintain relations with external

- Hospital service pricing

Education

- CA & ACS in First Attempt

- X to Graduation 60% and above

- 10 plus years of experience in managing Finance function of a large organization preferably from a hospital or Consulting background

- Preference will be given to a Female Candidate
