Key Responsibilities:
- Owning full P&L
- Overseeing the budgets.
- Responsible for preparation and managing the annual country budget & forecasts as per group timelines and guidance
- Forecasting financial results.
- Conducting risk management.
- Allocating resources and managing finances.
- Recommending cost reduction strategies.
- Managing preparation of reports required by regulatory agencies
- Timely reporting
- Reporting and presentation of the financial outcome, business plans and projections to the Management
- Preparation and publishing timely monthly financial statements, incl. variance analysis of the results
- Supporting and preparation of year-end processes and reporting
- Responsible for managing the Cash Flow
Qualifications:
- CA with 5+ years of experience
- Experience in MIS and other Management Reporting
- Labour laws compliances
- Good communication skills
