Head - Finance - BPO (15-20 yrs)
Looking to hire a Head of Finance based out of Ahmedabad for a UK based Business Process Outsourcing Company.
- CA/CS/MBA Finance with 15+ years of experience preferably in Financial Services / Services Industry.
- An ideal candidate should have experience in finance, accounting, consolidation, budgeting & forecasting, cost control, shared services, IPO exposure in Indian markets with strong interpersonal skills.
PS : Candidate should be open to relocate to Ahmedabad.
Job Description :
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Budgeting & Financial Controls & Audits : Design of budgeting process, chart of accounts optimization, design of cost allocation process, design of consolidation, capex, workforce, revenue planning, financial modeling experience etc.
- Budget Forecasting : Lead Budget and forecasting process at corporate level. Support Operations planning with accurate financial forecasting.
- Finalize annual business plans in coordination with all functions and present the same to the Board of Directors
- Complete statutory/regulatory returns : Manage the compliances to ensure adherence to all the regulatory requirements including the internal control framework, statutory accounting, audit reporting and cost audit.
- Strong decision-making ability and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to maintain trust and strong personal relationships with key stakeholders. Managing a zero tolerance environment for internal controls, corporate governance and statutory compliances.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost control principles and standards
- Experience in financial modeling and analysis. Knowledge of financial regulations
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports & financial projections
