Job Description - Reporting to the Director of Finance and regularly interacting with Senior Management across functional areas to ensure service level of the finance department are met. Specific Responsibilities would include:

- Responsible for Policy Making, Consolidation, Strategic Accounting including overall controllership

- Provide leadership and manage all aspects of the Group's Finance and Secretarial functions.

- Key partner to the senior team providing insightful information, relevant reporting and decision support.

- Oversee the company's financial policies, cash management, budgeting, cost control, statutory compliance and financial reporting (Indian GAAP & IFRS)

- Review quality parameters for all the processes on a regular basis and suggest improvements and initiate and manage strategic projects to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes

- Propose, negotiate and manage budgets for the processes in accordance with internal procedures, ensuring best value, quality and cost control

- Responsible for revenue projections and ensuring that the financial projections are being met

- Ensure all processes adhere to legal and statutory compliances and best practice requirements

The Successful Candidate -

- Our ideal candidate would possess an MBA Finance degree from a Premier School or a CA with 12-15 years of relevant post qualification experience.

- You should currently be working at a Senior level in a Finance function within the BFSI space.

- Experience of handling a team and facing off with Various stakeholders is a key factor to be shortlisted for this role.

- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills along with being result oriented and self- starter with an ability to work independently
