Head - Finance - BFSI (10-12 yrs)
We are looking for Finance Head (in the capacity of CFO) to optimise the financial planning, to create value through strategic investments and strengthen the reporting, accounting & risk management at the organization. You make this happen. You make a difference.
Role & Responsibilities:-
- Driving the company's financial planning. Budget, forecast, and help oversee current and future investments and capital structures
- Performing risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
- Overseeing the accounting, tax and financial and regulatory reporting requirements
- Establishing yearly financial objectives that align with the company's plan for growth and expansion
- Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Controlling and evaluating the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure
- Ensuring appropriate cash flow for the organization's operations
- Ensuring compliance with the law and company's policies
- Putting in place a robust financial transaction processing & accounting system within the organization
Requirements:-
- At least 10-12 years of work experience
- Experience of having worked in a growing Start-up is key
- Experience of having worked in any BFSI or Fintech Startup & having personally dealt with regulatory authorities will be advantageous
- In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices is required
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- CA, CFA, CPA, MBA - Finance is a strong advantage
