Job Description :
- Lead as the finance function while leading the team for the JV setup.
- Ensure strong compliance and financial discipline
- Will be required to handle the entire gamut of finance function

- Client is a privately owned global organisation employing a team of over 300 dedicated staff with a fully fledged operation teams in Singapore, Dubai, Bombay, Hamburg etc.
Description :
- Manage the closing of Company's monthly and yearly accounts in a timely manner
- Analyse and submit inputs from Operations on the performance of Company
- Forecast cash flow requirements of Company to ensure adequacy of funds
- oversee periodic tax returns submission is accurate and on time
- To drive and address queries from statutory auditors on annual financial audit and facilitate internal audit exercises from time to time.
- Also, to ensure that minimum points are recorded in the Management letter and to follow up and resolve all audit concerns
- Drive, liaise and co-ordinate budgets and forecasts including review and analysis with relevant budget and forecast owners
- Develop, seek approval, implement, monitor and carry out periodic review of internal control measures (preventive and detective controls) with the objective to promote sound corporate governance
Profile :
A successful candidate is a qualified professional accountant with an experience in one of the Big 4 audit firms and commercial experience with a proven track record of leading and driving the full spectrum of finance function. Fluency in English is a pre-requisite.
