Head - Finance - Automotive/Auto Ancillary Manufacturing - CA

Job Description : 

This role reports into the CEO and will serve as a key partner to the India commercial leaders to help identify and execute opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability improvements. The role will manage the platform's P&L and Balance sheet, lead the monthly and quarterly business reviews, help develop the strategic action plans and manage the budgeting and planning process.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Finance & Accounts

- Taxation

- Fund Raising & Fund Management

- Business analysis & Partnering: Support the country's commercial leaders on the growth and profitability improvement initiatives

- Analysis: Provide analysis and commentary of the country's performance and plans. Support decision making and action planning.

- Reporting: Delivery of financial reporting and planning requirements; monthly and quarterly financial reporting, forecast and budget updates, long term strategic plans

- Projects (ad-hoc): Support the delivery of finance projects, and on review presentation decks as and when required by the business.

- System readiness: Should be comfortable working with SAP, Oracle and advanced excel spreadsheets.

Internal Relationship : 

- Direct reports to Regional CFO

- Business partner to Commercial leaders in country.

- Lead the finance team in India.

- Peer relationship with other stakeholders include: Sales, Marketing, Service, Regulatory Affairs, Customer Service, HR, both local and regional.

External Relationship :

- Distributors/Dealers

- Key Opinion Leaders

- End Customers

- Suppliers

- Internal Auditors

- External Auditors

- Bankers

- Governmental bodies

The Successful Applicant

Candidates having a background in Automotive/Auto Ancillary companies would be preferred.

A successful candidate is a CA having 15+ years of experience with a strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills.
