We have a leadership role for Head - Finance & Accounts with the leading NBFC Based in Gurugram

Job Location - Gurugram

Job Description -

- Overseeing various financial functions such as accounting, financial reporting, taxation, banking & treasury, budgeting, financial planning & analysis, compliances and submission of financial and management reports to the senior management.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure that personnel and financial information is secure and stored in compliance with current legislation.

- Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.

- Finalization of Annual, Quarterly and Monthly Financial Statements.

- Circulation of entity level Profit and Loss MIS along with commentary on variances on monthly basis.

- Preparation & submission of all finance/ RBI related regulatory returns, such as Annual Returns, Half Yearly Returns, Quarterly Returns and Monthly Returns with in prescribed time lines.

- Co-ordination with Banks, Auditors and Investors for MIS and Audits

- Treasury management: Proper utilization of fund for business and control of idle fund.

- Statutory management/Due diligence: handling all Income Tax, Sale Tax, Central Sale Tax, Service Tax, Professional Tax, PF, ESIC, Minimum wage Act. And Contractual labour Act.

- Manage the cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts in accordance with policy.

- Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.

- Calculate base rate for lending and prescribe a spread thereof to business team to lend

- Ladder wise asset liability management.
