- CA - 1st attempt only, Age upto max 46 yrs, - From Manufacturing industry only - Head - Finance & Accounts (Sr GM/AVP/VP) is responsible for overall Controlling, monitoring and supervising accounting & financial functions. - Monitoring and preparation of statutory books of Accounts and Consolidated Reports in compliance with time & accuracy norms. - Managing the MIS Reports, Cash & Fund Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Audit Reports, and other financial reports to keep track of financial performance. - Directing finance team encompassing Controllership, Business Operations, Decision Support, Financial Planning and Analysis, Sales Reporting, Implementing various SOPs and Control Procedures within required employee region. - Managing all activities at commercial end i.e. Accounts & Finance, Taxation, Budgeting & MIS, Cost Planning & management, Procurement and IT. - Overseeing timely submission of monthly profitability statement & balance sheet with schedules. - Finalizing Balance Sheet & final accounts at the end of accounting year - Organizing & supervising internal and annual audits of the company - Managing working capitals and inventory control management. - Filing TDS returns and other forms as well as budget consolidation and preparation of annual accounts. - Ensure preparation of accounts as per the policy and accounting standards. - Communicate to people regarding changes in accounting standards and policies and monitor the compliance. - Prepare balance sheet, schedules and P&L Accounts and also consolidation etc as required in annual accounts as per the statutory requirement. - Prepare monthly / periodic profitability and its analysis - Prepare reports on profitability, budget, variance, departmental expenses using MIS - Prepare consolidated budget of sales, expenses, manpower etc. - Fluency in English - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability and willingness to lead process implementation in a team environment - Ability and willingness to prioritize and balance multiple ongoing tasks - Task orientation and ability to achieve objectives. - Good communication, analytical skills. - Effective in relationship building abilities at all levels. - Graduate and CA - Minimum 16 yrs of experience - Mandatory experience in manufacturing industry Please apply and wait for a communications from our end.
