Head - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing

We have requirement for Manager Finance & Accounts (Head Finance). The person will be responsible for end to end Finance & accounts Operations.

Requirement :

1. MNC Manufacturing Company.

2. Knowledge of FEMA, India GAAP / IGAAP, German GAAP

3. Transfer Pricing

4. ECB (External Commercial borrowings / Foreign borrowings )

4. Budgeting, Controlling, MIS Reports, Financial Analysis, Statutory Compliance International Taxation - Hands on experience.

5. SAP working mandatory.

6. Age 35 to 45 yrs, both male and female candidates can apply .

7. Qualification: ICWA / CA / MBA / CA - Inter

Must:

- Good personality, very strong in communication and inter personal skills, a team player, strong leadership and decision making abilities, good business vision is a must, very good understanding on MNC culture, open for changes and suggestions, strong public relations skill.

- Deep knowledge on commercial matters like import, export, customs, etc- Multi-talented personality with good track record and very good in business planning, MIS, accounting, taxation (direct and indirect), and legal matters related to finance and accounts.
