Head - Finance & Accounts - IT

Looking for Chartered Accountant with minimum of 15+ years of post qualification experience to head the Finance for US based 500$ million company into gaming software development business with two development centres in India.

- Good experience in core accounting roles in a good US based MNCs.

- Vast experience in budgeting , auditing and accounting as Head of Finance division of an MNC preferably an IT company headquartered at USA;

- Preparing Budget, Financial Forecast and Variance Analysis;

- Undertaking Statutory and Internal Audits with global firms;

- Experience in SOX compliance and US GAAP accounting;

- Thorough with STPI process and compliances;

- Experience and interface with customs, excise department etc;

- Payroll processing and experience in ERP implementation;

- Thorough in AR and AP processes in a midsize IT company;

- Direct and indirect tax compliance including Income Tax, Central Excise, VAT and Service Tax etc.
& refunds from authorities;

- Intimate knowledge of FOREX related procedures and intricacies;

- Design and standardize formats and mechanism of MIS reporting as per organisation’s requirement;

- Management of travel /IT/ HR / admin/ other support operations expenses;

- Good people management skills;

- Astute communication and presentation skills.

- Good stability in terms of stable tenures;
