Head of Finance &amp; Accounts Location - Raipur Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Overall responsibility of finance, accounts &amp; taxation. - Leading finance &amp; accounting function - Designing &amp; implementing systems &amp; policies. - Preparation of monthly MIS - Project Finance- Evaluation of projects based on cost-benefits analysis to arrive at its feasibility. - Preparation of statutory books of accounts, bank reconciliation and consolidated reports. - Statutory Compliance. - Fund raising &amp; fund management Required skills &amp; qualification: Qualified CA or MBA (Finance) from reputed institute with 10-15 years of experience in finance and accounts preferably from infrastructure, construction, EPC industry with experience in project finance.
