They have extremely ambitious plans and are looking for an extremely competent professional manager to take on independent responsibilities as Head - Of finance & Accounts heading Finance, Accounts, Closing, MIS, Reporting, and Budgeting.

- Our clients are looking for accomplished F&A professionals having CA with 8 - 20 years of strong experience in accounts, audits, and data integrity of which some experience must be in the Financial Services / Fintech space.

- Ideal candidates must be able to demonstrate a high degree of initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Job Profile :

1. Heading the F&A function of an NBFC with a large team of CAs

2. Designing & implementing systems and processes

2. Overseeing Audits, Closings, MIS / Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting, Analytics, Compliances

3. Internal processes, risk management, cost optimizations, controls,

4. Indirect tax compliance

Candidate Profile :

- CAs with 8 - 20 years of experience in corporate and financial planning initiatives, Accounts & Finance, Auditing & Taxation of which recent few years must be in an NBFC, Bank, Fintech, Payments Bank, Small Finance Bank

- The position is expected to be closed in the next 4 weeks.
