Head - Finance & Accounts - ECC/IC - CA - Construction/Infrastructure

Job Title : Head F &A - ECC (IC)

Location : Chennai

Educational Qualification : CA, add on qualifications like ICWA & CS will be preferred.

Experience : 20 - 25 years

Age : 45 - 53 yrs

Job responsibilities :

- Assist in formulating the IC's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives

- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans

- Develop financial and tax strategies

- Good exposure to Working Capital Management

- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

- Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction

- Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile

- Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements

- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions, as and when required

- Should have handled business size of at least 2 billion USD
