We have an urgent opening in Chemical Company

Role - Head Finance & Accounts

Location - Vadodara

Qualification - CA.

Team handling must

JD :

- Handling day-to-day accounts till the finalization of accounts.

- Daily fund management and arrange Capex & working capital finance from Banks.

- Good Knowledge of Direct Tax Law, TDS, and Transfer Pricing Provisions and can coordinate with consultants for Tax Assessment & Appellate matters

- Preparation of Monthly MIS, knowledge of SBU / cost center-wise accounting, preparation of SBU financials

- Coordination with various stakeholders like Banks, Auditors and other consultants.

- Monitoring & controlling proper configuration in accounting software to ensure that all the accounting, reporting & compliance requirements of the organization are met

- Should be a qualified Chartered Accountant

- Good Knowledge of SAP FICO Module

- Experience of working in Manufacturing Industries.

- Prior experience working in a chemical industry would be an added advantage

- Should have a clear understanding of GST Law and its procedural aspects.

- Good Knowledge of Corporate Law Compliances and Provisions

- Should have experience of handling a team of 10 - 15 subordinates

- Computer Savvy and expert knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

- Excellent communication skills - both written & oral
