Head - Finance & Accounts - CA

CA with 9 - 17 yrs

- Ensure timely preparation of accounts and review of General Ledger/ Subsidy Ledgers, analysis of expenses, reconciliation.

- Ensure timely preparation of MIS reports Viz., Corporate MIS & financials including inventory/ receivables, Cash flow and fund flow expenditure analysis, Quarterly financial reports for Board/BRC.

- Ensure timely conduct of audit and compliance with audit comments.

- Fund Management (reduce interest and finance charges and optimize on treasury operation).

- Expenditure Management (Manufacturing expenses, administrative expenses, salaries and wages, monitoring and implementation cost saving schemes / projects).

- Monitoring funds management with respect to employees, governments and others.
