Job Role: Head- Finance & Accounts

Location: Ludhiana

Qualification: Must be CA

Job Responsibilities (Tentative) :

- Monthly and statutory Financial reporting and other MIS

- Presenting Financial statements in board meeting presentation, business plan

- Coordinate with the external auditors for statutory audit and due diligence

- Designing and implementation of systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control

- Income tax compliance

- GST compliance

- RBI reporting compliance

- Cash flow daily reporting and monitoring

- Financial planning, Fund Management and Working capital management

- Negotiation with banking partners to keep the finance cost low.

- Implementation of various arrangements with banks to smooth the operation related payment & collection as well cost effective.

- Running monthly ALCO meeting in the capacity of Secretary of the Committee and cover financial updates, IRR & borrowing plans etc with the management.

- Satisfactory Ratings for Statutory/Internal/Regulatory Audits including credit rating

- Ensuring timely bank payment, tax compliance and bank reconciliation
