Accounts & Finance Head
He / She Would be responsible to handle overall finance, accounting, taxation and audits of the different subsidiaries of the organization in different locations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of all ledgers, bank reconciliations, journal entries
- Administer the general accounting processes with other group companies which includes fixed assets accounts and provide financial reports
- Reconciliation of vendor and customer ledgers
- Preparation and making timely payment of taxes
- Ensure all process controls are in place, including receivable & payable management
- Define and execute required corporate MIS statements and operational reports
- Be proactive and participate in the financial analysis of the operation
- Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and budgets; provide corrective action and recommendations to management
- Oversee and ensure accurate monthly financial reports, including P&L statements, balance sheet, cash flow statements and year-end financial reports
- Primarily responsible for fund and working capital management
- Ensure compliance and oversee the preparation and filing all statutory payments and returns
- Oversee receivable and payable management and finalization of accounts
- Handle statutory, internal, tax audit and providing statements necessary for assessment work
Qualification & Experience:
- Should be CA / Chartered Account with minimum 13 years of work experience in accounts & finance in lead role, preferred from education/service/manufacturing industry background with experience in finance, accounting, budgeting and taxation.
- Should be good in implement systems and processes.
- Should be good in preparation of reports in power point / presentation / excel.
- Ability to articulate financial numbers and closely working with management
- Who have closely worked with functional teams/Business Heads and with management team.
