The ideal candidate should have strong experience in financial management, taxation, audit, fund flow management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Strategy & Management :

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.

- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

- Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.

2. Accounting & Reporting :

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, MIS reports, and dashboards.

- Oversee invoicing, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) management.

- Ensure smooth execution of internal, statutory, and tax audits.

3. Banking & Fund Flow Management :

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

- Optimize fund flow and working capital requirements.

4. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

5. Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.

- Foster a culture of financial discipline and compliance
