Head - Family Advisory

This role reports to CEO-Founders Office and work closely with all the family members on matters related to Family Governance, Constitution, values, Succession Planning Process and coordinating and facilitating the Family meetings-FC, FBF, Retreat etc. (Agenda, Minutes of meeting and execution to action, Coordination with Family Business Advisors) as a subject matter expert.

- Facilitating the process of Succession Planning Induction of family members

- Coordination with internal / external agencies, Follow up on induction plan

- Agenda inclusion in FB and FC and action plan towards execution.

- Development of Design & content in family Succession Planning - induction keeping the outcome in mind.

- Lead the development of educational and learning programs in the area of Family business advisory and interface with PFBI.

- Provide commentary and awareness on Family business advisory - what is happening Globally.

- Conduct cum active participation in FC, FBF meeting Agenda preparation, ATR, Minutes of meeting, Venue and ensure successful execution of the meeting & Follow up.

- Serve as in-house advisor to the family on all aspects including counselling on a need basis.

- Coaching / Mentoring of 3rd generation family members and advisory to the first and second generation family members.

Advisor and Relationship Management

- Work as a partner with all family business advisors/consultants and provide broad based solutions approach for challenges in the family.

- Consult with FB advisors on complex succession planning, Family Constitution and ontribute to the discussion towards outcome.

Compliance and Control

- Ensure proper adherence to all aspects of principles of Groups/Family's code of conduct & ethics.

- Follow a quality review process periodically.

- To oversee the entire Advisory / Governance function of Founders office in confirming with family

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Indisputable record of integrity and demonstrated commitment to role, family and stakeholders.

2) Clear ability to successfully interact with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

3) Demonstrated leadership and mentoring / coaching skills.

4) Well-developed quantitative skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office.

5) Family office experience and exposure to governance and regulatory.

6) High level of emotional maturity and a balanced approach and ability to speak his or her mind between right and convenience.

7) Must be able to engage multiple family members and generations.

8) Understands family dynamics and communicate solutions facilitating family unity.

Relevant and total years of experience

A total of 10-15 years of experience in the areas of advisory / consulting to Family Business set up.

- Program Management and Business Management Exposure Ability to facilitate, guide, monitor and lead - Strong Relationship Management.

- Analytical skills to provide insight.

- Excellent coaching skills and execution oriented.

- Maintain high level of confidentiality and trustworthy.

- High level of personal/professional integrity, authenticity and Value based.

- Ability to work closely with all peers to get things done and also as a connect between the family members and family office.

- Flexibility and Empathetic and ability to work under pressure.

- Should have some exposure to Family business advising, consulting or educational background related to People Management.

- Strong Communication, Presentation, Written Skills.
